The Board is grateful to Mr. Kruger for his guidance during a critical phase of the company's turnaround process and wishes him well in his new role as chief executive officer and executive director of Tiger Brands Limited. As a consequence of his resignation as a director of the company, Mr. Kruger's membership of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee has also terminated.
