Vision Energy Corporation Concludes the Pre-FEED Study for All Phase 1 Green Ammonia Infrastructure At Its Green Energy Hub Development in North Sea Port of Vlissingen, the Netherlands Vision Energy Corporation announced it has concluded the pre-FEED study for all Phase 1 Green Ammonia infrastructure at its Green Energy Hub development in North Sea Port of Vlissingen, the Netherlands. In November 2022, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Evolution Terminals BV, engaged Linde Engineering GmbH to undertake a pre-FEED study with the objective to define the engineering basis for the project and to form the design concepts for the next development phase. As a result of the pre-FEED outcomes, key design decisions have been made regarding storage tank configurations and supporting infrastructure to ensure compliance with all applicable national and international regulatory codes, policies, and safety standards. Technical feasibility has been proven and risks and their mitigation strategies and procedures are mapped. The engineering scope of pre-FEED covered the following main project elements: Marine and Berthing Structures; Storage Tanks for (Green) Ammonia (NH3), with LPG dual-use compatibility; Boil-Off Gas Unit (including Refrigeration Unit); NH3/LPG Rail, Truck and Barge Loading Facilities; NH3/LPG Ship Loading/Unloading Facility; Utility Units; Buildings and Infrastructure. The following design and engineering documents have been issued: Basis of Process Design; Main Equipment List; Utility Consumption; Process Description; Process Flow Diagrams; HAZID Report /Risk Study, including “Domino Effect” Report; Process and Environmental Safety Documents; Instrumentation and Control Concepts; Electrical Specifications; Detailed Plot-Plan. The Company is on track with its development plan to take a positive FID by December 2023, and in continuation of its efficient development strategy to parallel-track engineering with permitting efforts, the Company is now in the process of reviewing detailed technical and commercial proposals to award the FEED, with further engineering under the FEED-scope anticipated to commence in July 2023. 공시 • Dec 22
Vision Energy Corporation Announces Vision Energy Project Development Update Vision Energy Corporation provided a project development update on the company’s Green Energy Hub in the North Sea Port of Vlissingen, the Netherlands. Vision Energy, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Evolution Terminals BV, is concluding the remaining requisite studies to support filing permit applications under the Dutch “WABO” process, targeting first submission by December 31, 2022. The submission includes filing of an Environmental Permit followed by Construction Permit application for Phase 1 400,000 cubic meters capacity, of which the latter will be a phased submission with each phase designed according to the commercial storage requirements for the future planned expansion of capacity for green and low-carbon energy products at the Terminal. The Company is on schedule to file the detailed Environmental Impact Assessment known in the Netherlands as the “MER” or “Milieueffectrapport” before January 31, 2023, in close cooperation with the authorities and in compliance with the formal process. A portfolio of detailed studies has been conducted and are now concluded by several experts and specialist Netherlands-based consultancy firms engaged by the Company to support the final permit applications. Studies have included Spatial Layout, Planning and Design, detailed Quantitative Risk Assessments and Safety Reporting, Acoustic and Noise Impact Assessments, Air Quality calculations, Water handling, Fire Safety and Pilot Navigation Simulations for the Jetty. Evolution Terminals is in advanced development of its 16.4 hectare site in the North Sea Port of Vlissingen, the Netherlands, for the construction and delivery of Northwestern Europe’s first import, storage and handling terminal designed exclusively for hydrogen carriers, renewable energy products and low-carbon fuels. Phase 1 development plan investment is estimated at EUR €450 million for up to 400,000 CBM of storage for green and low-carbon products and fuels. Vision Hydrogen Corporation Concludes Conceptual Layouts Vision Hydrogen Corporation announced that it has concluded conceptual layouts and functional requirements for its Green Energy Hub development project in the North Sea Port of Vlissingen, the Netherlands. The Company’s Phase 1 Development Plan is designed for the construction of approximately 400,000 cubic meters (CBM) of renewable liquid bulk storage capacity comprising 150,000 CBM allocated to Green Ammonia, 180,000 CBM allocated to Renewable Methanol and 70,000 CBM allocated to Biofuels and Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers (LOHC).
