Fluence Corporation Limited Announces Retirement of Directors Fluence Corporation Limited advised that Richard Irving and Ross Haghighat are retiring as Non- Executive Directors of the Company, effective as of October 10. Richard and Ross have been two of the longest serving Directors of the Company and its predecessors, having been instrumental in the IPO of Emefcy Group Limited (now Fluence) in late 2015.
