Volato Group, Inc. Launches Volato AI Platform With Flyte As First Enterprise Customer
Volato Group, Inc. announced the commercial launch and first enterprise deployment of Volato AI, its purpose-built enterprise artificial intelligence platform for business aviation. Flyte, a technology-enabled regional air mobility company owned by Catheter Precision, Inc., will serve as the platform’s inaugural enterprise customer. Volato AI transforms decades of proprietary aviation software development, real-world operating workflows, and combined industry experience into aviation-specific AI agents capable of supporting complex, knowledge-intensive workflows across business aviation. The enterprise platform is designed to increase employee productivity, improve customer responsiveness, reduce administrative workload, and help operators scale without proportional increases in overhead. Purpose-built specifically for aviation, Volato AI enables operators to deploy intelligent digital employees that understand the unique operational requirements of Part 135 charter operations from day one. Unlike general-purpose AI applications, Volato AI was developed by aviation professionals using years of operational experience, proprietary software, and real-world workflows to solve the industry’s most complex operational challenges. As Volato AI’s inaugural enterprise customer, Flyte will work with the Volato AI team to implement aviation-specific agents across selected operational workflows. The deployment will also provide real-world operating feedback intended to inform product refinement, additional integrations, and future customer implementations. Initial applications are expected to include: Customer communications, Charter sales support, Flight quoting, Crew coordination, Maintenance scheduling, Dispatch support, Compliance assistance, Document management, Operational scheduling, Administrative workflow automation. By embedding AI capabilities directly into daily operations, Volato AI is designed to shorten response times, increase workforce productivity, improve consistency, and reduce repetitive manual work while supporting a stronger customer experience. The Flyte deployment represents the first commercial step in Volato AI’s strategy to develop a scalable enterprise platform for aircraft operators and aviation service providers. Rather than requiring each organization to independently build, train, and maintain proprietary AI systems, Volato AI is developing a reusable library of aviation-specific agents that can be configured and deployed across operators with different fleet sizes, operating models, and business requirements. Business aviation operators continue to contend with labor constraints, increasing administrative complexity, fragmented software systems, and rising customer expectations. Volato believes these challenges create a meaningful market opportunity for purpose-built AI solutions that help experienced aviation professionals work more efficiently without replacing the operational judgment and accountability required within a highly regulated industry. Over time, Volato AI intends to expand its platform across aircraft operators, charter providers, fleet managers, aircraft owners, maintenance organizations, and other aviation service businesses. The Company’s strategy is to combine specialized aviation knowledge with intelligent automation to modernize operational workflows, improve service delivery, and create meaningful operating leverage across the business aviation ecosystem.
