The shares issued as consideration will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
The transaction is subject to the parties entering into a definitive share purchase agreement, completion of due diligence of Reach by NameSilo and satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the definitive share purchase agreement. On February 6, 2026, it was announced that the transaction is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions set forth in the Share Purchase Agreement.
