Kantone Holdings Limited Announces Board Changes The Board of Directors of Kantone Holdings Limited announced that as Mr. Liu Ka Lim has decided to allocate more time to other engagements, he has resigned as non-executive director of the Company and chairman of the Investment Committee of the Company. Mr. Liu has given his notice to resign and it has been agreed with the Company that he would step down from his positions as non-executive director, chairman of the Investment Committee and the Authorised Representative of the Company with effect from 8 January 2025. The Board announced that with effect from 8 January 2025, Ms. To Yin Fong Cecilica will be redesignated from a non-executive director to an executive director. The Board to announced that Ms. To has been appointed as the chairperson of the Investment Committee and the Authorised Representative of the Company with effect from 8 January 2025. Ms. To, aged 44, has been a non-executive Director of the Company since July 2017. Ms. To is currently a Barrister-at-Law. Ms. To holds a postgraduate certificate in laws from University of Hong Kong and a graduate diploma in English and Hong Kong law from Manchester Metropolitan University. Ms. To was admitted as a barrister of the High Court of HKSAR in 2009. Ms. To has about 15 years of experience in the legal field. Ms. To is currently a director of Multitone Electronics PLC, a subsidiary of the Company.
