Revises Consolidated and Non-Consolidated Earnings Guidance for Year Ending November 30, 2026 NEXTAGE Co., Ltd. revised consolidated and non-consolidated earnings guidance for year ending November 30, 2026. For the year ending on consolidated basis, the company now expects consolidated net sales of JPY 746,000 million, Operating profit of JPY 27,600 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 17,100 million, and basic earnings per share of JPY 218.35 per share as compared to consolidated net sales of JPY 684,000 million, Operating profit of JPY 24,000 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 15,000 million, and basic earnings per share of JPY 191.58 per share a year ago.
For the year ending on non-consolidated basis, the company now expects net sales of JPY 691,000 million, profit of JPY 16,400 million, and basic earnings per share of JPY 209.42 per share as compared to net sales of JPY 624,000 million, profit of JPY 14,300 million, and basic earnings per share of JPY 182.77 per share a year ago. Considering the interim actual results, company expect financial results for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2026, will exceed the previous forecasts. The plan for the second half of the fiscal year remains unchanged from the beginning of the fiscal year, but depending on progress in the second half of the fiscal year, company may make further changes to the forecasts.
