Her productions are not only beloved by audiences but have also had a significant positive impact on TVB's brand image and commercial revenue. Save as disclosed in this paragraph, Ms. Tsang did not hold any other directorships in the last three years in public companies the securities of which are listed on any securities market in Hong Kong or overseas or any other position in the Group.
