Ericsson Torp replaces Johannes Larcher who will leave his position in the fall, as previously announced. Bodil Ericsson Torp brings over 20 years of experience from senior management roles within various media companies in the Nordics. She joins Storytel Group from VO2 Cap Holding AB (publ), a holding company that refines and expands entrepreneurial companies in media, marketing and tech, where she has held the position as CEO since 2021. Prior to VO2, Ericsson Torp served as the Group CEO/President of Aller Media AB for eight years and successfully implemented a digital transformation across the media house, achieving substantial financial growth. She also spent 15 years in various management roles within the Swedish media group Bonnier, of which eight years in CEO positions, and has held a number of prestigious board assignments during the years. Ericsson Torp holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Linköping, Sweden and an Executive Master of Science in Communication Management from University of Lugano, Switzerland. Bodil Ericsson Torp will be based at the Storytel Group Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Johannes Larcher will continue to lead the company until September 30, 2024.

Line joins from Politikens Forlag where she currently serves as Publisher. Line Miller brings more than 10 years of experience in modern book publishing. At Politiken she has created a creative and dynamic publishing environment, leading the house towards many literary and commercial successes, among them major bestsellers such as "All the Light We Don't See" by Anthony Doerr and Hanya Yanagihara's "A Little Life", and was instrumental in launching Politiken's digital imprint North. Line has been a dedicated member of Politiken for many years. She studied English literature and modern culture at Copenhagen University, and attended the Business of Culture programme at Aalto University in Finland. As the CEO of People's, Line will assume the leadership of the publishing house and its employees, driving its continued success as a prominent publisher of contemporary literature across fiction and nonfiction, and all formats. Line will start her new position on the 8th of January 2024.

In her most recent role, Malin served as PR Director Nordics at Netflix. Malin Lindborn brings more than 20 years of experience from PR and communications. She has held several leadership roles in the entertainment and streaming industry, most recently as PR Director Nordics at Netflix where she led the communications and publicity function in the region for several years, based both out of Amsterdam and Stockholm. Prior to joining Netflix, Malin spent 11 years within the Swedish broadcaster TV4. As the Head of Communications, Malin will report to CEO Johannes Larcher and lead Storytel's corporate communications, media relations, and internal communications function. A key focus will be on developing the company's communications strategy in Storytel's core as well as high-potential markets Malin will start her new position on August 28.

Susanne Ekblom will remain in her current position as Interim CFO until Peter Messner is installed. Peter Messner was most recently the Group CFO of Catena Media, a leading online lead-generation company within iGaming publicly traded on Nasdaq Stockholm. Peter holds a PhD in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Vienna, Austria, as well as a Master in Economics and Computer Science from Vienna University of Technology. Peter Messner previously held senior finance positions such as CFO MTGx at Modern Times Group, CFO and Director Corporate Development at Ongame Services AB, and several management roles at Bwin Interactive Entertainment AG. After almost 10 years as the company's CFO, Sofie Zettergren has decided to seek new endeavors outside Storytel following her current parental leave. Susanne Ekblom, Storytel's interim CFO since March 2022 when Sofie Zettergren went on parental leave, will remain in her current position until Peter Messner assumes the Group CFO position due no later than August 11.
