Webco Industries, Inc. Receives Approval of Subzone Status For Kellyville, Oklahoma Facility Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June 18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C 81a-81u), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board adopts the following Order: Whereas, the Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) Act provides for “. . . the establishment . . . of foreign-trade zones in ports of entry of the United States, to expedite and encourage foreign commerce, and for other purposes,” and authorizes the Foreign-Trade Zones Board to grant to qualified corporations the privilege of establishing foreign-trade zones in or adjacent to U.S Customs and Border Protection ports of entry; Whereas, the Board's regulations (15 CFR part 400) provide for the establishment of subzones for specific uses; Whereas, the Muskogee City-County Port Authority, grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone 164, has made application to the Board for the establishment of a subzone at the facility of Webco Industries, Inc., located in Kellyville, Oklahoma (FTZ Docket B-47-2026, docketed May 13, 2026); Whereas, notice inviting public comment has been given in the Federal Register (91 FR 28554, May 18, 2026) and the application has been processed pursuant to the FTZ Act and the Board's regulations; and, Whereas, the Board adopts the findings and recommendations of the examiners' memorandum, and finds that the requirements of the FTZ Act and the Board's regulations are satisfied; Now, Therefore, the Board hereby approves subzone status at the facility of Webco Industries, Inc., located in Kellyville, Oklahoma (Subzone 164B), as described in the application and Federal Register notice, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board's regulations, including section 400.13 Dated: July 3, 2026. 공고 • Jan 14
Webco Industries, Inc. Appoints Brad Stoots as Board Member Webco Industries, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Brad Stoots as a member of Webco's Board of Directors. Mr. Stoots' appointment by the Board brings the number of outside members to four and the total members to seven. Mr. Stoots has extensive knowledge in financial accounting and governance. He holds a degree from the University of Tulsa and practiced public accounting for 40 years, including as a partner in the Tulsa, Oklahoma office of Arthur Andersen LLP and as the office managing partner for the Tulsa office of Grant Thornton LLP. Webco Industries, Inc. Announces Appointment of Tobin Pospisil to Board Webco Industries, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Tobin Pospisil as a member of Webco's Board of Directors. Mr. Pospisil's appointment by the Board brings the number of outside members to three and the total members to six. Mr. Pospisil has extensive experience in the steel industry. Mr. Pospisil has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Duke University. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pospisil worked as an executive at GS Industries and served as chief financial officer and president of Gallatin Steel Company. Mr. Pospisil has also worked for other basic materials companies as an executive and as a strategic advisor. Mr. Pospisil also currently serves as an independent board member for a steel supplier. Webco Industries, Inc. Announces Retirement of Kenneth E. Case as Board of Directors Webco Industries, Inc. announced that Dr. Kenneth E. Case has advised the Company he is retiring from Webco's Board of Directors after nearly 30 years of service. Dr. Case retired in June 2005 from Oklahoma State University as a Regents Professor of Industrial Engineering and Management after being with the university since August 1975. He is a licensed professional engineer and was named the Outstanding Engineer in Oklahoma in 1987. Dr. Case was a Senior Examiner on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from 1988 to 1990, and on the Panel of Judges from 1991 to 1993. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and the International Academy for Quality. He is a Fellow and former president of the 100,000-member American Society for Quality, and in 2014, he received the Distinguished Service Medal, the ASQ's highest honor. He is a Fellow and former president of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and also received the Frank and Lillian Gilbreth Industrial Engineering Award, the IIE's highest honor.
