공지 • Sep 01Guy Debelle Joins Tivan Limited's Board as Non-Executive DirectorTivan Limited announced that Dr. Guy Debelle has agreed to join the Board of Tivan in the role of Non-Executive Director, effective as of 1 September 2023. Dr. Debelle is an experienced policy maker, with a 25 year career at the Reserve Bank of Australia, including more than five years as Deputy Governor. He has played a significant role in advancing the sustainable finance agenda in Australia. He is an adviser to the Investment Committee of Australian Retirement Trust. He is also co-chair of the ASFI Taxonomy Technical Experts Group developing the Sustainable Finance Taxonomy for the Australian economy and an honorary Professor of Economics at the University of Adelaide. After leaving the RBA, Dr. Debelle worked at Fortescue Future Industries as CFO and non-executive director. Other previous positions he has held include: The International Monetary Fund; Bank for International Settlements; Australian Treasury; Visiting Professor of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Chair of the Global Foreign Exchange Committee; Chair of the Council of Financial Regulators working group on Climate Finance; Chair of the BIS Markets Committee.
공지 • Jul 21Tivan Limited Announces the Appointment of Stephen Walsh as Chief GeologistThe Board of Tivan Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Stephen Walsh in the newly created position of Chief Geologist. Stephen is an experienced geologist with exploration and mining experience across multiple commodities covering lithium, manganese, zinc and gold. Stephen has extensive experience in the Northern Territory and Western Australia and has been at the forefront of critical mineral production with top tier companies including Glencore, OM Manganese and Mineral Resources most recently. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Newcastle. Stephen will oversee all aspects of the Company’s geological program including for the Speewah Vanadium-TitaniumIron Project in Western Australia. He has direct operational experience that will be of significant benefit to the Company in its pre-development planning activities, and in its tenement management and exploration in the Northern Territory. Stephen will commence his employment with the Company in early August.

Mr. Morten has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since February 2020.
공지 • Jan 18TNG Limited Announces Executive ChangesThe Board of TNG Limited provide the following human resources update: Mr. Tony Bevan has moved from Joint Company Secretary to sole Company Secretary. Ms Paula Raffo has moved from Joint Company Secretary | Investor & Public Relations to VP Investors Relations. These changes are effective 19 January 2023. Mr. Brendon Nicol has been promoted to Process Manager in recognition of his valued contribution to the Company and his deep working knowledge of the TIVAN® metallurgical process. Mr. Michael Christ is commencing at the Company in early February as Project Manager. He is joining from construction and engineering group Clough, having been involved with the Mount Peake Project and TIVAN metallurgical process for the past 18 months. Michael is a degree qualified and chartered professional engineer, and has extensive major project experience in the Northern Territory, across Resources, Oil & Gas, and Water and Power Generation.
