New Murchison Gold Limited Reports High-Grade Gold Intercepts At Cloudkicker Deposit New Murchison Gold Limited advised there was an administrative oversight in the JORC Table 1 Section 2 contained in yesterdays ASX release titled High-Grade Gold Intercepts at Cloud Kicker Deposit. New Murchison Gold Limited announced high-grade gold intercepts from recent grade control and resource definition drilling programs at the Cloudkicker deposit. The drill programs have returned positive assay results that confirm the shallow, high-grade gold mineralisation present at Cloudkicker. These areas are higher grade and better widths than seen in the recent resource estimation. Cloudkicker is adjacent to the existing Crown Prince open pit although considered a separate deposit. It was included in the M51/886 mining approval allowing for mining to commence immediately. Best intersections from this drilling program include: 10m @ 13.61g/t Au from 44m incl. 3m @ 32.17g/t Au from 46m in CKGC020; 9m @ 9.31g/t Au from 3m incl. 3m @ 14.30g/t Au from 3m in CKGC015; 8m @ 9.22g/t Au from 62m incl. 3m @ 14.32g/t Au from 67m in CKRD017; 7m @ 8.70g/t Au from 55m incl. 1m @ 38.30g/t Au from 59m in CKGC045A; 1m @ 54.80g/t Au from 58m in CKGC062; 8m @ 6.47g/t Au from 60m incl. 3m @ 12.87g/t Au from 60m in CKRD008; 9m @ 5.86g/t Au from 72m incl. 3m @ 10.27g/t Au from 75m in CKRD008; 5m @ 7.33g/t Au from 91m incl. 1m @ 11.10g/t Au from 91m in CKRD022; 7m @ 5.00g/t Au from 72m incl. 2m @ 10.38g/t Au from 73m in CKRD019; 8m @ 4.13g/t Au from 0m in CKGC018; 4m @ 7.76g/t Au from 58m incl. 1m @ 22.90g/t Au from 60m in CKGC045. Ore zones at Cloudkicker are dividend into domains (4000 series) for modelling. The shallow intercepts have extended caprock mineralisation and have added data to domains 4001-4005 with a particular focus on domain 4001. Domain 4001 is the most significant ore zone in the Cloudkicker deposit as it has the highest grade and the largest volume. Latest drilling results have shown that domain 4001 is more continuous than previously modelled. The resource definition (RD) drilling and the grade control (GC) drilling have also increased the confidence of domain 4001. 136 GC holes totaling 5,497m and 30 RD holes totaling 2,675m have been drilled for this program. Multiple standout assay results included 54.8g/t Au in CKGC062 at 58m, 52.6g/t Au in CKGC020 at 59m and 38.3g/t in CKGC045A at 59m. Additionally, high grade shallow intercepts in the caprock were intercepted, including 16.6g/t in CKGC015 at 5m. The latest drill logging and assays will be incorporated in the Cloudkicker modelling and will be used to update the Cloudkicker resource estimation. The new estimate will be used to update the Cloudkicker Mine Design and Cloudkicker open pit mining schedule. Cloudkicker open pit mining is included in the Company’s approved mining proposal for M51 /886 (Crown Prince Operation). Mining has commenced at Cloudkicker and the pit is conservatively expected to add circa 20,000oz Au gold in ore to the Company’s production profile over the coming 12-18 months. All significant intersections are calculated and verified on screen and are reviewed prior to reporting. The principal geologic conclusion of the work reported from this programme at the Cloudkicker Deposit confirms the presence of high-grade gold mineralization in what are interpreted to be steep plunging shoots. Caprock mineralisation was also encountered on the northern side of the planned pit and primary gold mineralization was also intercepted below the base of oxidation. . No assay grades have been cut. Length weighted averages are used. Sufficient geological data has been collected to allow the geometry of mineralization to be interpreted. Relevant location maps and figures are included in the body of this announcement. Sufficient data has been collected to allow a meaningful cross-section to be drawn with confidence. This announcement includes the results of 99 RC drill holes. The reporting is comprehensive and thus by definition balanced. This announcement includes qualitative data relating to interpretations and potential significance of geological observations made during the programme. As additional relevant information becomes available it will be reported and announced to provide context to current and planned programs. Additional RC drilling will be undertaken to further test the north western extent of the caprock mineralisation.
