As a result, SEPO has returned to PTT the proposal to appoint the Chairman of PTT and PTT shall comply with the criteria and method prescribed in the Act. PTT, therefore, announced the Board of Directors' resolution to appoint Dr. Prasert Sinsukprasert as a Chairman, effective from November 16, 2023 onwards. In addition, in compliance with the good corporate governance principle, Dr. Prasert Sinsukprasert has resigned from the member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee from November 16, 2023 onwards.
