Northam Platinum Holdings Limited Declares Final Gross Cash Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2025, Payable on 22 September 2025 The board of directors of Northam Platinum Holdings Limited announced that it has resolved to declare and pay a final gross cash dividend of 200.0 cents per share for the year 2025 (June 2024: 70.0 cents per share) which in aggregate amounts to a final gross cash dividend of approximately ZAR 800.2 million. The final cash dividend has been declared from income reserves. Northam Platinum Holdings Limited Declares an Interim Gross Cash Dividend for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2024, Payable on 24 March 2025 Northam Platinum Holdings Limited announced that for the six months ended 31 December 2024, the board of directors ("board") has resolved to declare and pay an interim gross cash dividend of 15.0 cents per share (31 December 2023: 100.0 cents per share and for 30 June 2024: 70.0 cents per share), in line with the board approved company dividend policy of 25% of headline earnings, which in aggregate amounts to an interim gross cash dividend of approximately ZAR 59.4 million.
