On 14 June 2021 shareholder approval was obtained in relation to the $3 million Convertible Loan Agreement between the Company and Au Xingao Investment Pty Ltd, as Lender (Au Xingao). The notice of meeting set out that under the Convertible Loan Agreement the Lender could nominate two persons to be directors of the Company.
