The company issued 35,237,500 units at a price of CAD 0.04 per Unit, to raise total gross proceeds of up to CAD 1,409,500. Lithium ION Energy Ltd. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.6 million in funding Lithium ION Energy Ltd announced a non-brokered private placement to issue to issue 15,000,000 units at a price of CAD 0.04 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of CAD 600,000 on January 14, 2025. Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of CAD 0.05 at any time on or before that date which is twenty-four (24) months from the closing date of the Offering, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"). These Units will be subject to a statutory hold period of four (4) months plus one (1) day from the date of issuance. Of the CAD 600,000 available, Bataa Tumur-Ochir, Director and long-term investor in ION, has committed CAD 400,000. The Units will be offered to qualified investors in reliance upon exemptions from the prospectus and registration requirements of applicable securities legislation. The Company may pay finders' fees to eligible finders in connection with the Offering, subject to compliance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSXV. Ion Energy Ltd. (TSXV:ION) agreed to acquire Bliss Lake Lithium Pegmatite Project in NWT, Canada from Li-FT Power Ltd. (CNSX:LIFT) for CAD 0.5 million. Ion Energy Ltd. (TSXV:ION) agreed to acquire Bliss Lake Lithium Pegmatite Project in NWT, Canada from Li-FT Power Ltd. (CNSX:LIFT) for CAD 0.5 million on May 11, 2023. The immediate consideration for the acquisition will consist of two equity tranches. The first tranche will be a value of CAD 150,000 of the Company shares at a deemed value of CAD 0.35 and the second tranche will have a value of CAD 350,000 of Company shares at a deemed value of CAD 0.35 subject to a 4 month hold period. The Company will also grant to the seller a 1.0% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR), with the Company having the right to repurchase one half of the NSR at any time for CAD 500,000.
