BARrel Energy Inc. Provides Update on Titan South Project BARREL Energy Inc. announced that it received a report detailing a completed multispectral Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection radiometer analysis across a portion of the Titan South Lithium Project area in Tanzania. The ASTER information is a type of spectral and thermal remote sensing data collected from satellites which has proven to be an important tool in geological exploration for several decades. Such multispectral analysis has been employed to locate mineral assemblages that correlate with mineral deposits worldwide. With respect to potential lithium deposits, ASTER data has been successfully utilized within the Salar de Atacama in Chile to map key lithological and mineral pathfinder components of this large lithium-bearing playa such as altered rocks and hectorite bearing clays. As well, within the southwest U.S., spectral anomalies have been identified which highlight the mineral assemblages of accessory and lithium hosting sediments over several of the large known lithium resources in this large region. The study was initiated and completed by Dr. Elisante Mshui from the School of Mines and Geosciences at the University of Dar es Salaam in late 2023. This analysis was implemented using a USGS sourced library of data to locate potential lithium bearing prospects within Tanzania and was conducted completely independently of work in the area. Much of the Tian South Project remains unexplored and untested, however, the company noted that the observed robust spectral anomalies at Tit an South cover an area much larger than sampling has covered. Further spectral analysis will be conducted to cover the entire license area, however, the current data provides Barrel a excellent ground map as to where to continue geochemical studies and drilling in 2024. 공지 • Nov 30
Barrel Energy Inc. Provides an Exploration Update on the Titan X South Lithium Project in Tanzania BARREL ENERGY update on the Titan X South Lithium Project in Tanzania. The Company will refer to the property going forward as "Titan South." See Titan Projects Map (attached) with projects orientation in relation to the large play and the adjacent Titan 1 project. The soil anomaly, outlined in green, runs North-South directly from Titan 1 to Titan South. At present, the lithium-in-soil anomaly at Titan 1 is the largest worldwide, covering over 40 square miles (110 square kilometers) of continuous lithium ("Li") values averaging over 4,000 ppm Li and containing high-grade areas where lithium values returned up to 4.82% Li2O (22,400 ppm Li). Much of the Tian South Project remains unexplored and untested, however, new soil grid sampling during the month of October has now covered an area of approximately 4,200 acres (17 square kms). The first two rounds of sampling revealed lithium in-soil values as high 2.5% Li2O (11,600 ppm Li) at Titan South with grades averaging over 3,900 ppm Li in a large area that appears to be the direct southward extension of the Titan 1 playa lithium anomaly. For comparison, the Thacker Pass pit contains 40 years of production and covers roughly 1,100 acres (4.44 sq Kms) and averages 3,160 ppm Li. 공지 • Jul 13
Barrel Energy, Inc. Samples Up to 2.5% Li2o At Titan X Project, Tanzania Barrel Energy Inc. announced additional soil geochemical sampling results from prospecting a central portion of the company’s Titan X lithium property in Tanzania. The Titan X project is located directly south of, and adjacent to, the Titan 1 project of Titan Lithium Inc. Both Titan X and Titan 1 occur within a large northeast-southwest-striking rift valley that served to trap lithium-rich source volcanics and sediments in this area of the East African Rift. The new samples were collected during second phase of soil geochemical work a distance of up to 2.5 miles south of northern claim boundary. The newly covered area serves to further extend the Titan X sample coverage south of those reported previously in the Company news release dated June 13, 2023. From the combined results, the company note that positive Lithium geochemical values average now 3,985 ppm Lithium over a sampled area of approximately 2,400 acres. The highest value in the new sample set returned 11,600 ppm Li (2.5 % Li2O) which was located 0.7 miles (1.14km) west from the previous lithium high value in the first batch which was 6,100 ppm Li (1.32% Li2O). 공지 • Jun 23
Barrel Energy Inc. Provides Exploration Plans for Titan X Lithium Project Barrel Energy Inc. provided the exploration plan for 2023 for large Titan X Lithium project in Tanzania. Based on the widespread high-grade lithium values encountered over the adjacent Titan 1 Lithium project of Titan Lithium (CDSG) to the North, Barrel sampled and located similar highly anomalous Lithium-in-soil values on the Titan X project. During Third Quarter and Fourth Quarter of 2023, the Company plans to implement a detailed exploration program that will generate a top-tier Lithium target with very strong potential to provide critical lithium resources for the zero-carbon economy. Barrel Energy's immediate plan entails further prospecting and geochemical sampling to examine and define the extent and strength of lithium values in the Titan X Project. To date, soil program has only covered a fraction of the project and revealed up to 6,100 ppm Li (1.32% Li2O) on surface. Barrel plans to aggressively expand this program to cover over ten times the initial area. As in-house and governmental geophysical data suggest, the Titan X project is underlain by the same volcanics and sediments as the adjacent Titan 1. Soil geochemistry has been highly successful in locating and generating advanced lithium projects within the southwestern United States, an area that now plays host to several of the Lithium-in-clay deposits in North America. Within Nevada, Utah and Arizona many exploration companies have employed soil geochemistry and then, with trenching or drilling programs, encountered much higher-grade lithium values than those reported on-surface. New minor risk - Shareholder dilution The company's shareholders have been diluted in the past year. Increase in shares outstanding: 7.4% This is considered a minor risk. Shareholder dilution occurs when there is an increase in the number of shares on issue that is not proportionally distributed between all shareholders. Often due to the company raising equity capital or some options being converted into stock. All else being equal, if there are more shares outstanding then each existing share will be entitled to a lower proportion of the company's total earnings, thus reducing earnings per share (EPS). While dilution might not always result in lower EPS (like if the company is using the capital to fund an EPS accretive acquisition) in a lot cases it does, along with lower dividends per share and less voting power at shareholder meetings. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risks Latest financial reports are more than 1 year old (reported September 2020 fiscal period end). Market cap is less than US$10m (US$8.87m market cap). Minor Risks Share price has been volatile over the past 3 months (15% average weekly change). Shareholders have been diluted in the past year (7.4% increase in shares outstanding). 공지 • Jun 08
