Breedon Group plc Recommends Final Dividend for the Year 2025, Payable on 10 July 2026 Breedon Group plc announced that reflecting the Group's strong cash generation, the Board intends to recommend a total dividend of 15.00 pence (2024: 14.50 pence), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. This represents a payout ratio of 47%, slightly ahead of through the cycle guidance of 40%. Since starting to pay a dividend in 2021, the company declared around £210 million of cash dividends to shareholders. An interim dividend of 4.75 pence (2024: 4.50 pence) was paid on 7 November 2025 and a final dividend of 10.25 pence per ordinary share for the year 2025 will be paid on 10 July 2026 to shareholders who are on the Register of Members at the close of business on 29 May 2026. The ex-dividend date is 28 May 2026. Breedon Group plc Announces Interim Dividend, Payable on 7 November 2025 Breedon Group plc announced an increased interim dividend of 4.75 pence per share (H1 2024: 4.50 pence per share). This represents a 6% increase compared with H1 2024 and equates to a dividend payout ratio of 42%, in line with the full year and slightly ahead of financial framework target of 40%. The cash cost of the interim dividend will be c. £17 million (H1 2024: £16 million).
