공시 • Jan 26+ 1 more updateGlobal Partners Declares Fourth-Quarter 2022 Cash Distribution, Payable on February 14, 2023Global Partners LP announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has declared a cash distribution of $1.5725 per unit on all of its outstanding common units from October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, consisting of a quarterly distribution of $0.6350 per unit, or $2.54 per unit on an annualized basis, and a one-time special distribution of $0.9375 per common unit. The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2023 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 8, 2023. Global GP LLC has agreed to waive its incentive distribution rights with respect to the one-time special distribution.
