The consideration will be settled from the JSE Limited’s cash reserves. As per the transaction, Iqbal Haniff remains as Chief Executive Officer of Link Market Services South Africa (Pty) Limited until June 2022 and will be available to the Group until June 2023. The transaction is expected to complete on or about June 30, 2021.
