MarketWise Receives Non-Compliance Notice from Nasdaq Regarding Minimum Bid Price Requirement On September 24, 2024, MarketWise, Inc. (the ‘Company’) received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market (‘Nasdaq’) notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) because the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock was below the required minimum of $1.00 per share for the previous 30 consecutive business days.
