(NasdaqGM:CNCK) reached a basic agreement to acquire Next Finance Tech Co., Ltd. on February 10, 2025. The NFT transaction will mark Coincheck Group's first acquisition since its Nasdaq listing and will provide Coincheck Group with an additional team of very talented professionals and aligns with Coincheck Group’s strategy of growing both Coincheck domestically, and Coincheck Group globally. The completion of the acquisition is anticipated by the end of March 2025, contingent upon the negotiation of final terms and conditions, as well as obtaining regulatory approvals. Coincheck Group N.V. (NasdaqGM:CNCK) completed acquisition of Next Finance Tech Co., Ltd. on April 8, 2025.
