CP ALL Public Company Limited Appoints Dumrongsak Kittiprapas as Independent Director CP ALL Public Company Limited announced that board of directors in its meeting held on November 10, 2023, has resolved to appoint Police General Dumrongsak Kittiprapas to be an independent director of the Company also including position in sub-committees in place of independent director who resigned, there are Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committee.
