Breville Group Limited Appoints Tuula Rytilä as New Independent Non-Executive Director, Effective 1 April 2023 Breville Group Limited announced the appointment of Tuula Rytilä as a new independent non-executive director, effective 1 April 2023. This appointment follows the previously announced external process to identify an additional independent director as part of the Breville Board's evolution to match and support the Group's geographic and product portfolio expansion. Ms. Rytilä is an accomplished senior executive, with 30 years experience across the consumer technology and product sector in technologies, digitization and product management. Ms. Rytilä brings an international perspective having worked across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Her most recent focus has been on driving a global business model change and customer experience optimization. Ms. Rytilä has detailed insight into product roadmaps, product development, consumer insights as well as experience with global go-to-market strategies and e-commerce. Ms. Rytilä has worked for Microsoft for the last 9 years, with global responsibility for Microsoft Digital Stores. During her 15 years with Nokia, Ms. Rytilä rose to the position of global CMO. Ms. Rytilä is currently a non-executive director of Bang & Olufsen A/S. She also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the National Nordic Museum.
