The Ordinary Shares purchased pursuant to the Acquisition will be subject to restrictions on sale for a total period of up to 4 years. The sellers have also agreed 3-year restrictive covenants. Responsum was co-founded by Steve Steinberg (CEO) and Adam Hofmann (Chief Marketing Officer). Steve will continue to lead the business following the Acquisition. Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX) completed the acquisition of Responsum, Inc. on September 18, 2023.
