The expected completion of the transaction is April 1, 2025. As of March 26, 2025, the execution date of the share transfer and business transfer has been changed to May 1, 2025. This change is due to the prolonged examination period for the domestic anti-monopoly law procedures required for the execution of this share and business transfer. Amada Co., Ltd. (TSE:6113) completed the acquisition of H&F Corporation from Kanadevia Corporation (TSE:7004) on May 15, 2025.
