Specifically, the Board of Directors granted its approval for the conclusion of a share Sale & Purchase Agreement with the company MOTOR OIL RENEWABLE ENERGY SINGLE MEMBER. The completion of the transaction is subject to the granting of the approvals by the corporate bodies of the two parties and the finalization of the sale-purchase agreement (SPA) in relation to the above-mentioned shares.
