Forgent Power Solutions Lifts Guidance After Record Q3 Surge and Expanding Backlog Forgent Power Solutions reported record fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of about US$378.7m, which was 103% higher year over year, and net income of US$24.5m.
The company reported record bookings of US$867m and a backlog of about US$1.98b, supported by demand from data centers, grid modernization and AI infrastructure projects.
Forgent raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to a range of US$1.35b to US$1.39b and updated adjusted EBITDA and net income guidance, while several analysts lifted price targets and highlighted both growth potential and valuation and balance sheet concerns.
The mix of rapid revenue growth, a large and growing backlog, and higher guidance points to strong operational momentum supported by demand in power and technology infrastructure.
