Dime Announces Managemetn Appointments Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. announced the following hires: Meyer Eichler, previously Executive Vice President and Head of Community Markets at Flagstar, has joined as Executive Vice President, Managing Executive Director, and he will lead a team of bankers.
