Appoints Joseph Matozzo as Chief Executive Officer On September 6, 2024, the board of directors of US Lighting Group, Inc. appointed Joseph Matozzo as chief executive officer of the Company. Mr. Matozzo has extensive experience as a chief executive officer with expertise in operational and infrastructure development. In December 2023, he began providing CEO consulting services through Joseph Matozzo Fractional Executive Services. From June 2021 to October 2023, Mr. Matozzo served as the director of cargo and a 20% stockholder for Emery Air, LLC, in Rockford, Illinois, where he managed sales, corporate strategy, operations, human resources, and accounting and finance for a $125 million business. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Donald Retreage, Jr. as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. In his role as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Retreage, age 68, most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lightpath Technologies, Inc. from 2018 through 2021 where he drove finance and accounting strategies for domestic and international (China and Latvia) operations.
