Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited will acquire 153.55 million shares of Eternity Power Public Company Limited at a price of THB 3.69 per share. After the completion of this disposition of the total shares in Eternity Power held by Max Metal Corporation, the Max Metal Corporation will no longer hold shares in Eternity Power. As of September 30, 2020, Eternity Power Public Company Limited reported total assets of THB 7,841.63 million and shareholders' equity of THB 3,998.69 million. The board of Max Metal Corporation approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close within May 2021. Max Metal Corporation Public Company plans to utilize the proceeds from the disposition for payment of outstanding purchase price of ordinary shares to the previous shareholders of Ariya Estate Company Limited and The Master Real Estate Company Limited and as part of source of fund to invest in new business in accordance with the business restructuring plans of the Company particularly the investment in land and building for hotel operation, and vacant land for further development.
