Hata Tech 78 Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 49% stake in Yak Tech Co., Ltd. from Advanced Connection Corporation Public Company Limited (SET:ACC). Hata Tech 78 Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 49% stake in Yak Tech Co., Ltd. from Advanced Connection Corporation Public Company Limited (SET:ACC) on March 2, 2026. Following the completion of the transaction, the Company will retain 5,099,997 shares, representing 50.997 % of the paid-up capital of YAK TECH.
