공지 • Mar 01+ 1 more updateDitto (Thailand) Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2021, Payable on May 20, 2022Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced that it will propose to the Annual General Meeting, the stock dividend payment for the fiscal year 2021 performance from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 in the form of ordinary shares at the ratio of 5 existing shares to 1 stock dividend, or totally not exceeding 88,000,000 units with par value of THB 0.50 totally not more than THB 44,000,000 or representing dividend payment at THB 0.10 per share. In case that any shareholders hold the indivisible share remaining after such allocation, the dividend shall by paid by cash instead of stock dividend at the rate of THB 0.10 per share; the cash dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.01111111111 per share, or totally not exceeding THB 4,888,888.89 (allocated for 10% withholding tax out of disposable income, as per the Revenue Code, Article 50(2) (Jor)). The company has set the record date of shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividend on 16 March 2022 and 20 May 2022 as the dividend payment date.
