공지 • Feb 24I&I Group Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Fiscal Year Ended on 31 December 2021, Payable on 20 May 2022I&I Group Public Company Limited to allocate as dividend at the rate of THB 0.40 (Forty Satang) per share, in the total amount of THB 40,000,000, equivalent to 50% of the net profit of 2021 pursuant to the consolidated financial statements of the Company after deduction of tax and legal reserve. The date for determination of the list of shareholders who are entitled to receive a dividend (Record Date) is 5 May 2022 and the dividend shall be made on 20 May 2022.

공지 • May 11I&I Group Public Company Limited Approves Dividend, Payable on May 21, 2021I&I Group Public Company Limited approved the omission of allocation of net profit as legal reserve as the Company has fully allocated its net profit as legal reserve for one tenth of its registered capital and approved the dividend payment from the retained earnings as of 31 December 2020 at the rate of THB 0.15 per share, in the total amount of THB 15,000,000, which is equivalent to 51.87% of the net profit of 2020 pursuant to the Separate Financial Statements after deduction of tax, which was in accordance with the Company's dividend policy. The Company has set the list of shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividend (Record Date) on May 7, 2021 and the payment date for the dividend shall be May 21, 2021.
