G-Able Public Company Limited (SET:GABLE) acquired 75% stake in Round Two Solutions Co., Ltd. for THB 330 million on August 1, 2024. As a result of this shares acquisition transaction, Round 2 has become a subsidiary of G-Able. The source of funds was from the proceeds received from capital increase by the initial public offering (IPO).
