Smart Concrete Public Company Limited Proposes Cash Dividend for the Year 2023, Payable on May 10, 2024 Smart Concrete Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on February 15, 2024, approved to propose at its annual general meeting of shareholder to be held on April 11, 2024, dividend in cash of THB 0.0912 per share total of THB 94,990,877.48 for the year 2023 equaling 93.88% of net profit for the year after legal reserve which no less than 40% of net profit after legal reserve. And proposing the record date which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend on April 23, 2024 and dividend payment date on May 10, 2024. This dividend payment shall be paid from net profit.
