Por.2476/2563, by Toyota Tsusho (Thailand) Company Limited ("Plaintiff"), alleging that the Company breached the purchase contract in a condition related to the sales of purchased products to automobile industry which made the Plaintiff claimed for Anti-Dumpling Duty for imported steel products from the Customs Department as the Plaintiff imported the purchased products under its right of such Anti-Dumping Duty exemption for using in automobile industry, whereby the claim amount in the lawsuit is THB 786,614,894. The Southern Bangkok Civil Court scheduled for pre-trial hearing and fix the case procedure for both parties on March, 2021.
