Chandchutha Chandratat will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer in defining and executing the Company's global expansion strategy to achieve the objectives set out in the Company's business plan. Chememan Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for the Year 2023, Payable on 24 May 2024 Chememan Public Company Limited at its AGM to be held on April 26, 2024 proposed dividend payment for the year 2023 at the rate of THB 0.07 per share. The year-end dividend will be paid form net profit of operation receiving investment promotional privileges from the Board of Investment (BOI) which are exempted from corporate income tax. Chememan Public Company Limited Approves Dividend for the Year 2022, Payable on 26 May 2023 Chememan Public Company Limited announced that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 April 2023. The Meeting resolved to approve the allocation of profit as statutory reserve in the amount of THB 15,150,000 which is equal to 5.16% of the net profit of the year 2022. After the allocation of the statutory reserve, the total statutory reserve of the Company will be THB 90,290,000 or 9.03% of the registered capital.
