Energy For All Company Limited agreed to acquire Bio Green Energy 3 Company Limited from Power Solution Technologies Public Company Limited (SET:PSTC) for THB 12 million on September 16, 2020. As a part of the transaction, Energy For All Company Limited acquired 0.0049 million ordinary shares and 0.0051 million preferred shares at THB 1200 per share.
