Harn Engineering Solutions Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend, Payable on May 17, 2024 The Board of Directors of Harn Engineering Solutions Public Company Limited deemed it appropriate to propose that the shareholders' meeting approve the dividend payment form the performance results from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 according to the separated financial statements in cash to shareholders at the rate of THB 0.15 per share, proximately THB 87,675,000, accounted to 76.16% of net profit according to the separated financial statements.
