Communication & System Solution Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for Operating Period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, Payable on 22 May 2026 Communication & System Solution Public Company Limited at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 23, 2026, proposed the allocation of profits as a legal reserve and the payment of dividends for the operating results of the second half of 2025 (1 July 2025 - 31 December 2025) The dividend will be paid in cash at the rate of THB 0.02 per share, with a par value of THB 0.50 per share, in an amount not exceeding THB 23,514,781.78. However, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 4/2025, held on 8 August 2025, resolved to approve an interim dividend payment for the operating results of the first half of 2025 (1 January 2025 -30 June 2025) at the rate of THB 0.02 per share, totaling THB 23,514,781.78. The Company has already paid such interim dividend to shareholders on 5 September 2025.
