Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation Announces Corporate Secretary Changes, Effective September 01, 2025
Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation announced retirement of Atty. Mamerto Z. Mondragon as Corporate Secretary. Effective date is September 01, 2025. The company alos announced appointment of Atty. Meldrick John M. Mendoz as Corporate Secretary. Effective date is September 01, 2025. ADMITTED TO THE PHILIPPINE BAR: 2017: January 2022 to present- Partner, CASES MENDOZA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICES: Managed the internal and external affairs of the law firm and supervised all the cases for the law firm in the fields of Civil Law (small claims and regular cases), Criminal Law, Labor Law, and Corporate Law. Collected various account receivables (personal loans, business loans, car loans, and credit card balances) for major banks in the Philippines. Also served as external retainer counsel for various multi-national companies in and out of the Philippines. One of the few and privileged lawyers assigned to handle sensitive cases such as the pork barrel scam and the tax scam cases, among many others.
