Assuming full acceptances, the Offeror will hold 88,743,507 NPS Shares, representing 59.556% of total issued and paid-up share capital in Nova Pharma Solutions Berhad. As of January 19, 2026 JcbNext Berhad (KLSE:JCBNEXT) has disposed of 14,084,507 ordinary shares representing a 9.45% equity interest in Nova Pharma, for a total cash consideration of MYR 5,211,268. Pursuant to which it has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Nova Pharma following the Disposal. As of January 23, 2026 the Offeror has received valid acceptances in respect of the Offer Shares which resulted in the Offeror and its PACs holding not less than 90% of the total issued shares in NPS Berhad.
