Mr. Yin, aged 54, joined the Company in November 2022. He served successively as the deputy general manager of Anhui Guoxin Paging Co. Ltd. and the director of the supervision office of the Anhui branch of China United Telecommunications Corporation from January 2000 to September 2002. He served successively as the senior business manager of the personnel department, the director of the general personnel division of the personnel department and the director of the remuneration and welfare division of the human resources department of China Telecommunications Corporation from September 2002 to June 2006, and served successively as the deputy general manager and general manager of the human resources department of China United Network Communications Group Company Limited from June 2006 to September 2020.
