YJLINK Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive KRW 25 billion in funding from BNK Asset Management Co., Ltd. and other investors. YJLINK Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of issuance of Series 6 Unregistered Interest Unsecured Private Convertible Bonds to raise gross proceeds of KRW 25,000,000,000 on April 21, 2026. The bonds have zero coupon interest rate. The Bonds will mature on May 7, 2031. The Bonds are 100% convertible into 3,963,221 Common Shares of the company at a conversion value of KRW 6,308 and the conversion billing period will start from May 7, 2027 till April 7, 2031.
