Mr. Capel joined Manhattan in 2000, served as President and CEO from 2013 to February 2025, and has been a board member since July 2012. Most recently, since his retirement as President and CEO in February, Mr. Capel has served as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board. Manhattan’s Board also appointed current Board member Thomas E. Noonan as the Board’s Lead Independent Director and Danielle Sheer as a director. Mr. Noonan has served on Manhattan’s Board since 1999, and as a member of its Audit and Compensation Committees, most recently serving as the Compensation Committee Chair. Mr. Noonan is co-founder and current general partner of TechOperators, LLC, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm and has served as a director of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., since September 2016. He previously co-founded, and is former chairman, president, and CEO, of Internet Security Systems (sold to IBM). Ms. Sheer serves as Chief Trust Officer at Commvault Systems, Inc., a B2B provider of data protection and data management software, and is on the Board of LinkSquares, Inc., a provider of leading contract management software.
