The deal is expected to be completed for 70% by end of June, 2020 and for remaining 30% it is expected to be completed by June 30, 2022. As of June 25, 2020, DigiTouch acquired 70% stake in Nextmove Group from Conversion Srl. Antonio Zambon of SCTS Studio Tributario e Societario acted as legal advisor for DigiTouch. Roberto Nigro and Sara Aratari of MJH Alma acted as legal advisors for Nextmove and Conversion. Emanuele Trucco and Leonardo Pinta of Shearman & Sterling LLP acted as legal advisor for DigiTouch DigiTouch S.p.A.
