PAN HR Solution Limited Announces Appointment of Sneha Bahuguna as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Effective July 21, 2026 PAN HR Solution Limited informed that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on July 21, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Sneha Bahuguna (Membership No. ACS 79973) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from July 21, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, with effect from July 21, 2026, Ms. Sneha Bahuguna would act as one of the authorised officials for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. Ms. Sneha Bahuguna is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) bearing Membership No. ACS 79973.
