Examples include profits from the sale of a business or expenses from a restructuring or legal settlements. Currently, the following risks have been identified for the company: Major Risk Earnings are forecast to decline by an average of 1.0% per year for the foreseeable future. Minor Risks High level of debt (44% net debt to equity).
