(BIT:EDNR) for approximately €200 million on December 9, 2024. The consideration for acquiring 50% of the share capital of Elpedison B.V. amounts to approximately €164m plus an amount of up to €31m due to changes in certain balance sheet items and cash reserves, as stipulated in the agreement reached. The transaction is subject to the signing of a final Share Purchase Agreement. The transaction is expected to conclude in the first half of 2025.

"We expect to submit a non-binding offer for Edison's gas storage by the beginning of December," Snam's Stefano Venier said during a post-results conference call.
